I joined the team in August 2023 as a remote VA/CSR, where I primarily assist with data entry, CRM management, social media creation, and writing the newsletter. Born and raised in Davao City, Philippines, I earned my degree in AB Communication Arts and bring over 10 years of experience in the outsourcing industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of international clients, spending two years in customer service and eight years in shared services.
What I enjoy most about my role is supporting the team behind the scenes—keeping things organized, helping share our story through social media and newsletters, and ensuring everything runs smoothly so the team can focus on our clients. I love learning new things and collaborating with people who are passionate about what they do, which is something I’ve truly found here with the SIA team. I believe great support comes from attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also love watching Asian and American TV series and discovering new stories and cultures through them. I’m excited to continue growing with the team and contributing wherever I can!
