Meet Louie, our SIA Happiness Advisor and Director of Morale Operations. With a strong background in tail wags and client engagement, Louie plays a critical role in maintaining a positive workplace culture.
His daily responsibilities include greeting visitors with enthusiasm, conducting routine floor inspections (for crumbs), and leading team wellness initiatives—primarily naps. When he’s off-site, Louie can be found performing field research, including grass rolling and perimeter sniff checks.
A dedicated advocate for work-life balance, Louie specializes in high-energy zoomie sprints followed by strategic sunbeam recovery sessions. He is also a certified carrot enthusiast and takes his walking meetings very seriously.
On Thursdays, Louie operates out of his preferred workstation beneath Katie’s desk, where he remains readily available for morale support and unscheduled petting sessions.
