I joined the team in August 2023 as a remote VA/CSR, where I mainly assist in data entry and managing the CRM. Born and raised in Davao City, Philippines, I graduated with a degree in AB Communication Arts. I have more than 10 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, where I worked with different international clients. I have 2 years of experience in customer service and 8 years of experience in quality assurance. I love learning new things, and providing support to people who are passionate with their craft, which I have seen here with the SIA team. When I am not busy with work, I enjoy spending time with my family or going on short hikes. I also enjoy watching Asian and American TV series. Hope to talk to some of you soon!
